Pulse oximeter
The oximeter means that the quantity of oxygen with which the blood is saturated (SpO2) can be measured. This process has been used regularly for twenty years and enables the condition of patients with respiratory diseases or infections (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bronchial asthma) to be monitored.
The principle used for operating pulse oximeters is based on the blood absorption capacity of red and infrared lights emitted by the sensor located at the end of the finger according to their oxygen saturation.

PO-110 – Pulse Oxymeter
The value of the oxygen saturation may be regarded as dangerous if it is below 90% for arterial blood. Normal value is 100% under normal atmospheric conditions.

In addition to measuring the oxygen saturation in the blood, the heart rate and perfusion index, you will also be able to set several parameters such as the display of measurements in four directions; the graphic display of the pulse and oxygen saturation in the blood; the setting of alert ranges for heart rate and blood oxygen saturation; setting the alert sound as well as the screen brightness.
